Bite-size gyoza of Japanese sangen pork, rooted in a famed Nishinakajima gyoza house. Chinese small plates — yodare chicken, braised pork, shrimp mayo, lu rou fan — with self-serve free-flow drinks, in a retro renovated old house in Fukushima.
