How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data collected by R-support websites (UDON shimizu, Bistro NIQ, and related properties) by sending an email to the address below.

Email: privacy@r-support.com

Include the following in your request:

• Your full name (and any pseudonyms you used)
• Email address and/or phone number on file
• Approximate date of last interaction (visit, reservation, inquiry)
• The specific data you want deleted (or write "all" for everything)

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Data

Advertising tracking events sent to Meta's Conversions API can also be removed by contacting us. Additionally, you can control Meta's use of your data directly at:

• Meta Accounts Center — Info and Permissions
• Meta Off-Facebook Activity controls

Google (Analytics / Ads) Data

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For data already collected, contact us at the email above.
